I haven’t posted a thing since being frustrated with the way the Heat were playing.

Team synergy was nowhere to be found and players were all over the place without rebounding or playing defense.

Tonight was simply perfect. The Heat should be able to play like they did tonight against many of the mid-level teams in the NBA.

Tonights performance against the Cavs should be the norm going forward. Why? A team as deep as the Heat and one that carries as much talent should be beating up mid-grade teams. Instead the Heat haven’t really beaten anyone very good and the win tonight might be the first bits of that snowball.

Everybody on the starting five played fantastic. Our great bench players Antoine Walker, Alonzo Mourning (with 4 blocks) and Jason Williams all gave really solid minutes and protected the 20 pt lead.

I can’t forget to mention Dwayne Wade’s performance as it was also spectacular. I think SportsCenter is going to have trouble condensing the highlights.
